The Scheme supports children, parents, carers and vulnerable adults to keep them safe and get help when out and about in Wandsworth Town. For visitors we supply tough, waterproof wristbands which parents/carers can write their contact numbers/ names on. Wristbands are the simplest and most effective tool for reuniting a lost child and importantly can continuing helping the child wherever they go after visiting your town or city. These are branded with the Wandsworth Town BID logo as well as our easily recognisable symbol to follow should you get lost. The stickers (to be released soon) signal that the business is able to support and assist you by either providing you with a safe space to be in; a phone line for you to call to speak to a parent, carer, the emergency services or a support worker if you feel unsafe, are lost or are in need of any assistance.
